                     Liquidation Merchandise:

                                                               Liquidation merchandise is retail inventory that is sold (liquidated) below cost.

                      Their two main types of liquidation merchandise:

                                                                                                     1. New liquidation Merchandise: Examples of this are

                     overstocks, close-outs, shelf pulls and discontinued.

                                                                                                     2. Used liquidation merchandise: Examples of this are

                   Customer Returns, Warehouse Damaged, Scratch and Dent and Damaged Box.
