mgain,
I didn't do anything but look at the home page... but your site has some serious issues.
Grammatically, it needs alot of work. Punctuation, large and small letters everywhere... yikes! Misspelled words... even your customer service email address is spelled wrong AND your phone number in the text is different than the one in the header.
If you want to present a professional organization, you've GOT to nail the main page. So keep working on it. And best of luck! :)

I didn't go over your entire website, but I have a serious concern. Your 'catalog' page has links to excel files of available lots per area. You have put your company name and your prices on a few of them. However, some of the links have the original Macy's excel file linked. It has the Macy's contacts to place an order and everything. I am assuming you don't want that..right? I want to advise you to check for everything locally on your machine before posting it on your website. Some mistakes can never be undone, trust me from previous experience.

I don't have time yet to go through the whole thing as I'm on a contract to test another site right now, but the enlarged pictures from your catalogs i.e. childrens apparel need to be reformatted. When you click on them and it brings up the larger picture they appear very blurry (looks 'ghetto' in my opinion). As an online shopper I don't buy from sites if everything doesn't look clean and sharp.
Just my .02, I'll come back and go through it more when I get a chance.

Hi cchen I had to change the size of the images in order to keep them from been distorted. I need a better program to format images one that won distort the images when enlarging them have a look at the images again and please give me your opinion thank you.

For a good free website builder, there are several that you can use that are available online (no download required). My favorite is Weebly (http://www.weebly.com) since it can be highly optimized for search engines and they get very high rankings in Google as well.
Here's an article I found with Weebly and a few other free website builders you might want to try.

I would be reallly careful about posting Macy's spread sheets on your website... my buddy did it .. and lets say he is buys lots from me due to his contract being revoked ... change it if anything make it personal ... so it fits with you site ..
