You must now have some kind of business plan. A winning strategy.
Remember this is not easy. You must have patience. Part of following these steps is teaching you to be patience. If you do not have patience

just give me your money .  Because if you do not have patience in the surplus liquidation industry your money will be gone soon and you will be out of business within a year. With out patience You have a better chance of winning the lottery than to become a succesful liquidator.
You must have a method for maximizing the return on the merchandise and selling it very fast. You must have a high end retail outlet. This can be an EBay store and  Craig's'  Lists or an Amazon One Click store or an upscale boutique or specialty  store (NOT A DOLLAR STORE). This is where you sell the best merchandise you get in your truckloads. You must have a good outlet of at least 4 vendors you can sell locally the tail end of your truckloads. Flea market vendors are good for this.

Once you start a good business relationship with local flea market vendors you can extend them credit and charge much more for the bottom of the load. The damaged and unpopular items.

Flea market vendors are basically good folks but usually strapped for cash. So they make easy prey for a smart liquidator trying to make his or her truckloads more profitable  I suggest you Find out where your local flea markets are and sell on Sundays at the best one in your area. If possible spend extra money for the best space that is available in the flea market.

This is a good place to sell your medium quality goods and meet the vendors you will wholesale your bottom of the truckload merchandise to
Now you need to make a reservation for the flea market. You want to go on Sunday.
